• First and foremost you should feel comfortable. Outdoor shoots in can be chilly, so layer up if its cold! Especially for little ones.
• Choose clothes that are 'you'. It sounds obvious, but opt for clothing that you'd enjoy wearing on every other day.
• Avoid large logos, heavy branding and loud patterns.
• Avoid items that crease easily.
• Bring accessories along to the shoot hat, scarves, pashminas, ponchos, tutus, costume jewellery. Something to make the shoot a little more interesting.
• Group shots look great when the individuals are wearing clothing of similar styles and colour. But think co-ordinating rather than matching
• Consider your home decor. If you have a specific colour scheme at home, this can be worth considering, if the images will ultimately be printed and framed on the walls.
If it's raining I am more than happy to re-schedule or if you're feeling brave we could have some fun with wellies and brollies. I tend to keep an eye on the weather so if I think we need to re-schedule I will be in touch.
The shoot will still go ahead if it's cloudy. You will be suprised at the lovely images you can get with soft light sky.
Having children I completely understand, I will more than happy to re-schedule.
I would say, don't worry, just relax and I will try and make it as fun as possible. I have plenty of patience and I always allow enough time for shoots to allow for bordem, quick snacks and cuddles. You will be amazed at the pictures I have managed to get in some difficult situations.
If I feel I haven't managed to get enough great images I will suggest to re-schedule. But that would be at
my discretion.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for editing, then the images will uploaded onto your personal viewing gallery. Depending on your package your images will be available to download and further purchasing options will be available.
